As a member of the Paris Bar, Carlyne Sevestre advises and assists French and international clients in intellectual property law (patents, trademarks, copyright), and commercial contracts.

Pragmatic, she helps companies protecting and enhancing their intellectual property and she structures their industrial and commercial projects.

She acts in litigation before the courts and administrative offices and is Unified Patent Court representative.

She also assists her clients in drafting and negotiating their contracts (R&D, transfer of technology, licensing, distribution, IT agreements, etc.).

Carlyne has developed specific expertise in patent law and employee inventions. She regularly works in cooperation with patent engineers and IT experts.

She trained in France (Paris Saclay University, Toulouse 1 Capitole University, Nantes University and Bordeaux University), Scotland (University of Dundee) and Poland (University of Warsaw).

She has been named Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in France in Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology Law.

She practises in French and English.
